1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made on the MyMandir mobile application (“Platform”), operated by Bakbak Inc.
By purchasing any subscription or digital product on the Platform, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Services
MyMandir provides:
- Subscription-based access (weekly/monthly plans)
- Digital goods & services (e.g., kundli, chat, reactions, premium features)
All offerings are digital and intangible in nature.
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 User-Controlled Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions anytime via:
- App
- Or from the UPI app through which the subscription was set up.
Cancellation will:
- Stop future billing
- Continue access until the current billing cycle ends
3.2 No Partial Refunds
No refunds will be issued for:
- Partially used subscription periods
- Unused time after cancellation
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Non-Refundable Digital Goods
All purchases of digital goods and services are final and non-refundable, including:
- Kundli reports
- Paid chat services
- Premium reactions/features
- Other digital goods and services
This is because services are delivered instantly and they cannot be “returned” once accessed.
4.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios (Exceptions)
Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following cases:
- Technical Errors: Duplicate payment, Payment deducted but service not delivered
- Unauthorized Transactions: Proven unauthorized payment (subject to verification)
- System Failure: Service purchased but completely unusable due to platform error
👉 In such cases: Refund will be processed after verification, typically within 5–7 business days to original payment method (industry standard).
4.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with content (e.g., predictions, kundli insights)
- Incorrect input provided by user
- Partial usage of service
- Subscription renewal already processed
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Go to “Help & Support” in the app OR
- Email: support@mymandir.com
Provide:
- Registered phone/email
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
Timeline: Request must be raised within 3–7 days of transaction.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to:
- Original payment method only
Processing time: 5–7 business days (may vary by bank/payment gateway).
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
MyMandir reserves the right to:
- Reject refund requests in case of misuse
- Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent claims
8. Changes to Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
